Alma Personnel are pleased to announce we are currently working with our Newton Aycliffe based client to recruit for a Temporary Administrator/Data Entry candidate. This is a full time, temporary position with the hours of work being Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm. The main duties for this role are:- * Entering contracts onto the system * Working with internal teams * Addressing enquiries or missing information * Posting missing invoices * Data entry and general administration * Data cleansing * Answering emails and phone calls The ideal candidate:- * Strong IT skills - including Excel * Confident telephone manner * SAP experience is desirable If you feel you are suitable for this role, please apply now stating why
