Advanced Practitioner (Clinical Assessment Service)\n
Location: Anstey Frith House, Leicester, LE3 8RN\n
Working Pattern: Permanent and bank hours available. Weekday evenings and Weekend days, afternoons and evenings. Working on a 4-week rolling rota for part time hours.\n
Salary: DHU Band 8b.0, £64,234 - £74,905 per annum (pro rata) with a 30% evening enhancement, and 45% weekend enhancement\n

As a CAS Advanced Practitioner you will:\n

  • Need to be a Registered Nurse, Paramedic or Pharmacist (NMC, HCPC, GPhC) with independent prescribing rights and Level 7 clinical assessment skills.
  • \n
  • Assess, diagnose, advise, treat, prescribe for and refer patients with a wide range of urgent and emergency conditions through telephone consultations.
  • \n
  • Work autonomously as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
  • \n
  • Use your advanced clinical reasoning and decision-making skills to deliver safe, effective, patient-centred care.
  • \n
  • Play a key role in ensuring patients receive the right care, at the right time, through appropriate clinical pathways.
