Air Export Operator

Position: Airfreight Export Coordinator \n\nLocation: Bradford , BD4\n\nHours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:30 Office Based \n\nSalary: Up to £32,000\n\nWe are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established international freight forwarder for an experienced Airfreight Export Coordinator to join their Bradford office.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a global logistics business with a strong international network, offering exposure to complex, multi-modal supply chains and a fast-paced export environment.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs an Airfreight Export Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end air export shipments, ensuring smooth and compliant movement of goods across international borders.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\nManaging daily airfreight export shipments from booking through to delivery \nArranging airfreight bookings with carriers and overseas agents \nPreparing and checking export documentation \nEnsuring compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements \nLiaising with customers, airlines, agents, and internal teams \nCoordinating collections, deliveries, and flight schedules \nMonitoring shipments and proactively resolving issues \nProviding accurate shipment updates and handling rate requests/quotations \nMaintaining accurate records within internal systems \nSupporting continuous improvement of export processes and service delivery \nAbout You\n\nThe successful candidate will ideally have:\n\nPrevious experience in airfreight exports or freight forwarding \nStrong knowledge of export documentation and procedures \nGood understanding of customs processes and Incoterms (desirable) \nExperience working in a customer-facing logistics role \nStrong communication and relationship-building skills\nExperience across multi-modal transport (air/ocean) is an advantage \nWhat's on Offer\n\nSalary up to £32,000 \nMonday to Friday working hours (09:00-17:30) \nOffice-based role in Bradford \nOpportunity to work within a global freight forwarding network \nExposure to international logistics operations and complex shipmentsWR Logistics are a leading recruitment partner for the logistics and supply chain industry, recruiting across the UK, Europe, and the USA for permanent opportunities.\n\nWR Logistics is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
