We welcome applicants from education, care, youth work, sports coaching, residential support and other people-focused backgrounds.The school supports pupils who require additional behavioural and emotional support to achieve their full potential. Many of these young people have experienced challenging circumstances, and school provides a safe, structured environment where positive relationships can have a lasting impact.As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will act as a positive role model, building trusted relationships with pupils and helping them regulate their emotions, engage with learning and develop confidence both inside and outside the classroom.You will play a key role in recognising early signs of dysregulation, using de-escalation strategies and positive behaviour management techniques to support pupils before situations escalate.
