Civil Technician

Civil Engineering Technician ? Liverpool ? Leading Civil & Structural Engineering Consultancy ? Competitive salary + benefits I'm currently working with a well-established engineering consultancy in Liverpool as they look to bring in a Civil Engineering Technician to support their growing civils team. They've got a strong pipeline of work across development and infrastructure schemes, and this role will suit someone who wants to be hands-on with design while continuing to develop technically. The role You'll be working closely with engineers to deliver civil design packages from concept through to construction. Day-to-day, this will include: Producing detailed AutoCAD, Civil 3D & FLOW drawings and design packages Supporting drainage, highways and external works design Assisting with S38, S278 and S104 submissions Supporting planning and technical documentation Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders Working across multiple live projects This is a design-led role with a good level of responsibility depending on experience - not just mark-ups. About you I'm looking to speak with candidates who have: Experience working as a Civil Engineering Technician or similar Strong AutoCAD skills (Civil 3D beneficial) Exposure to highways and/or drainage design Understanding of UK design standards and approvals Strong attention to detail and ability to manage workload Why this role?
