  • Strong understanding of authentication, authorisation, federation, and modern identity concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with CIAM platforms such as Okta, ForgeRock, Ping Identity, Transmit, or Azure AD B2C.
  • Experience delivering technology solutions in client-facing or consulting environments.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understanding of GDPR, UK Data Protection requirements, and their impact on customer identity solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and workstreams.
  • Exposure to Zero Trust, adaptive authentication, API security, or wider identity security frameworks would be advantageous.
  • Experience integrating CIAM platforms into enterprise environments is desirable.

If you're a CIAM Consultant who enjoys designing secure digital experiences and helping organisations modernise their identity capabilities, apply today.
