Health and Social Care Assessor (Field-Based) Guildford and Surrounding Areas | Field-based with travel required Full-time | Permanent £33,000 per year + bonus + expenses Please only apply if you meet the following essential criteria: * Assessor qualification (TAQA, CAVA, A1 or D32/33) * Level 5+ qualification in Health & Social Care * Minimum 2 years’ recent management experience in Adult Health and Social Care * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel * Comfortable working independently in a field-based role Applications will only be considered from candidates who meet all the essential criteria listed above. The Role * We’re recruiting for a qualified Health and Social Care Assessor to support apprenticeship learners across workplace settings. * This role focuses specifically on only carrying out workplace observations and contributing to learner progress, working alongside Personal Development Managers who lead the wider apprenticeship journey. * You will work with learners across Guildford and surrounding areas, with travel planned to maximise efficiency. * You will typically complete 10 observations per week, alongside planning, reporting, and remote admin work. * This role is sometimes referred to as Apprenticeship Assessor, Health and Social Care Tutor or Skills Coach within Health and Social Care.
