We are recruiting for HGV Class 1 drivers to work for our well-known client in Runcorn.
Pay Rates:
\n - Standard Day & Night Rate: £16.68 per hour
\n - Overtime (after 10.35 hours daily): £20.80 per hour
\n - Saturday Rate: £18.04 per hour
\n - Sunday Rate: £20.07 per hour
Daily Shift Premium rates are as below:
\n Dependent on start times:
\n Band 1 (00:03-02:59): £12
\n Band 2 (03:00-03:59): £9.50
\n Band 3 (04:00-04:59): £4.69
\n Band 4 (16:00-00:02): £14.08
\n Band 5 (11:00-15:59): £6.69
Your Time at Work
\n - Start times between 15:00 - 19:00
\n - Trunking with occasional Multi drop work
\n - Average shift length is 10 - 13 hours - locations can be as far down as Southampton
\n - Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work available
\n - Guaranteed 10 hours per shift as a minimum
\n - Single and Double Decker trailers
\n - Store Deliveries and Container work - (training will be provided on containers if not done before)
Our Perfect Worker
\n - Class 1 drivers however there may be a requirement to drive a Rigid (Class 2 vehicle) where needed
\n - Tail lift, handballing involved
\n - A minimum of 6 months Class 1 driving experience
\n - Valid CPC and DIGI card
\n - No more than 6 points
\n - No IN, DD, DR
\n - Good geographical knowledge
