We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor/Recruitment Admin based in Bedford for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis.\nSummary of the HR Advisor/Recruitment Admin role\nSalary: £30,000 - £32,000\nLocation: Bedford\nType of Contract: Permanent\nHours: Monday – Friday 37 hour working week\nResponsibilities of the HR Advisor/Recruitment Admin\n * Provide timely and accurate advice on a wide range of people matters\n * Maintaining/updating systems\n * Payroll preparation\n * Supporting the wider HR team\n * Prepare clear and professional documentation\n * Maintain personnel records\n * Recruitment administration\nRequirements for a successful HR Advisor/Recruitment Admin\n * CIPD Level 3\n * Previous experience in a HR or recruitment administration role\n * Strong knowledge of HR compliance\n * Excellent organisational sills and administrative skills with strong attention to detail\n * Excellent communication skills\n * Excellent time management skills ensuring deadlines are met\nAbout Allstaff Recruitment\nWe’re an independent recruitment specialist based in Bedfordshire, supporting businesses across Bedford, Milton Keynes, and surrounding areas.
