\nAs an IT Support Specialist, you will provide expert tech support to our Directors and senior leaders, ensuring they stay connected and productive.
\nYou will be responsible for technology incidents and requests which are raised, ensuring that they are resolved, or appropriately escalated and managed to resolution.
\nYou will also proactively maintain, assess suitability and suggest improvements of all hardware and software.
\nIn this role, it is critical that you can identify and anticipate changes that may have a positive or negative impact on the technology used. You will offer alternative and future solutions to be considered and adopted within the Business.
\nAt times, you may also support the wider Business alongside 2nd and 3rd line support teams.
\nWe are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter who will operate with a sense of urgency, whilst demonstrating flexibility and openness to learning new and exciting technology skills. The role demands high levels of trust, confidence and professionalism at all times.
\nAn on-site presence and travelling to other locations will be required.
