We are partnering with a leading insurance organisation seeking a talented Power BI Specialist / Business Data Analyst to support critical data transformation and reporting initiatives across the business. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality Power BI dashboards and reports to support business stakeholders
• Work with large, complex datasets using SQL to extract, transform, and analyse data
• Leverage Databricks to support data engineering, processing, and advanced analytics workflows
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective data solutions
• Provide business analysis support, including requirement capture, process understanding, and stakeholder engagement
• Ensure robust data models, governance, and performance optimisation across reporting solutions

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in Power BI development (data modelling, DAX, visualisation best practices)
• Strong SQL skills with experience working across complex data environments
• Hands-on experience with Databricks (data pipelines, transformation, analytics)
• Solid technical understanding of data architecture and modern data platforms
• Demonstrated business analysis capabilities, including working closely with stakeholders to define and deliver solutions
• Experience within insurance or financial services is highly desirable
