SEN Tutor - Dartford\n\nProspero Teaching is seeking a committed SEND Tutor to deliver personalised 1:1 tuition to pupils in or around Dartford who have additional learning and behavioural needs.\n\nIn this role, you will create and deliver bespoke lessons aimed at bridging learning gaps, boosting confidence, and helping students reconnect with education. Many of the pupils you support may have been away from mainstream education for some time, so a patient, adaptable, and encouraging approach is essential.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDeliver tailored one-to-one tuition sessions based on each student's individual needs\nProvide support in core subjects including Maths, English, and Science\nEncourage confidence, independence, and effective study habits\nMonitor student progress and provide feedback to parents/carers where required\n\nRequirements\n\nQTS, equivalent teaching qualification, or relevant learning support experience\nPrevious experience teaching or tutoring students\nStrong understanding of the PMY/SEC curriculum\nA genuine passion for education and supporting young people to achieve their potential\nExcellent communication and organisational skills\n\nWhy Join Us?\n\nCompetitive pay of £25 per hour\nFlexible working arrangements to suit your availability\nSupportive and professional working environment\nThe chance to make a real difference to students' academic progress and confidenceIf you are a passionate tutor committed to helping students succeed, we would love to hear from you.
