Company Overview

You will be joining a very well-established, prestigious and forward-thinking Private Bank as their Talent Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract. Working in a close-knit, high performing and supportive Talent and HR team, you will report directly into the Head of HR. This role will be based in their very modern Central London office 4 days a week, with the opportunity to work from home one day.


Role Responsibilities

In your new role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a recruitment strategy to attract top-tier talent, managing relationships with external recruitment agencies, collaborating with HR Business Partners, conducting market research and benchmarking, leading and overseeing the firms graduate programme and delegating tasks to the HR Admin where appropriate.


You will design and implement a learning and development strategy, partner with business leaders and HRBP's to identify skill gaps and training needs, implement training programmes and develop e-learning solutions. You will facilitate and deliver training sessions, workshops and leadership development programmes, measure the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback, assessments and performance metrics, manage the annual process for promotions nominations and collaborate with leadership to develop initiatives that promote diversity, equity and inclusion.


You will be involved in designing employee engagement initiative and deliver succession planning and talent management for key roles.


Role Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong experience in agency recruitment and have more recently moved into a learning & development, HR or training role. Ideally, candidates will be coming from a Financial Services background. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will be a strategic thinker and possess strong project management skills, managing multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. You will have experience designing and delivering training programmes and have an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

You will receive an annual salary of up to £80,000 + Benefits.
