Welfare Labourer

Hill McGlynn Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Welfare Labourer to join a busy construction site in Stevenage.   This is a long-term opportunity offering approximately one year of work for a reliable and hardworking candidate.   The role will involve maintaining welfare facilities to a high standard, alongside supporting the site team with general labouring duties as required.   The Role   As a Welfare Labourer, you will be responsible for ensuring the site welfare areas remain clean, tidy, and fully stocked, while also assisting with general site duties.   Key Responsibilities   - Cleaning and maintaining site welfare facilities, including toilets, canteens, and changing areas - Ensuring welfare areas are kept clean, safe, and presentable throughout the day - Replenishing welfare supplies where required - Supporting with general labouring duties around site - Assisting the site management team with ad-hoc tasks - Maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times   Requirements   - Previous welfare labouring or site cleaning experience preferred - Valid CSCS card - Full PPE - Right to work in the UK - Reliable, hardworking, and able to take pride in maintaining high standards - Ability to complete Hill McGlynn registration and provide required compliance documents   What's on Offer   - £16.70 per hour PAYE Umbrella - Weekly pay via Clipper Umbrella Company - Long-term work, with approximately one year available - Eight hours paid per day - Working hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm - Immediate start available - No driving licence required   If you're an experienced Welfare Labourer looking for long-term work in Stevenage, Hill McGlynn Recruitment would be delighted to speak with you.   Apply today to find out more
